1: Registration:

To start shopping online  www.rosetten.eu you must register by clicking the link that says "Create Account"menu in the lower part, and then fill out the form that appears on the homepage. After completing the form, the Customer confirms by clicking. Account is created automatically. For each order VAT invoice is issued in accordance with the data given in the form.

2: Orders:

After logging  to the accountt customer selects the products, that interest him, and is followed by adds them to the Shopping Cart. Finalization of the orders in the shopping cart runs in two stages.  On the first stage,  customer checks the number of products, if necessary, makes changes and when changes are made, re-calculates the value of the order and delivery options and choose a payment method. On the second stage gives a different shipping address if needed, and adds any comments on the order. When you click the "Send Order" the order is adopted for implementation, a customer receives an  confirmation by mail. Customer can check the status of his order by clicking on "Your orders" after logging in.

Order Status

A) The payment by bank transfer:
- Waiting for payment (the shop is expected to transfer funds for your order)
- Parcel Post (the shop sends out via courier)
- Achieved (the package was delivered, the status granted automatically after 14 days if there were was no problems with the delivery of parcels)

3: Returns:

All products are made to individual order. Are asked to, and if you have any questions give us a call. In accordance with the applicable laws consumer rights, goods that are performed on individual orders are not refundable! Offered goods are not inventory! The buyer can always ask for information by phone or mail. Possible is to send pictures to e-mail or by courier, samples of the goods at the expense of the person concerned.

4: Complaints:

Complaints regarding noncompliance of the goods sent with the order, consider upon receipt of return goods. The return of an incorrect item, please send by courier at our expense.
