Regulations of the shop

1. This Regulation lays down rules for the sale of products via an online store Rosetten.eu

2. Purchaser fully accepts the provisions of these Regulations.

3. Orders for goods offered in our online shop are accepted 24 hours a day via the web-automated system customer service.

4. Rosetten.eu Online Store is run by The company Equiart Czeslawa Grycz , entered in the register of business records of the City of Warsaw under number 506210, NIP 526-241-96-94, based in Warsaw, ul. 29-go Listopada 3 m. 13.

5. Articles published on our site are not in our inventory. The order is going to be prepared. About this fact, you will be informed by e-mail.

6. We reserve the right to reject the order of inability to define the time of the contract, unforeseen changes in factory prices, lack of confirmation by the Buyer or in case of unforeseen mishap.

7. We reserve the right not to implement all or part of the order in the absence of products in the store.

8. Goods are sent abroad the country after fixing the costs of transportation.

10. Time implementation order is from 5 to 14 working days. By the time implementation of should be added delivery time. Orders received after 11a m, counts from the next day.

15. Upon receipt of parcel shipment, the customer is obliged to check its condition and contents. In case of damage, in the presence of the courier should make a complaint protocol. This document will form the basis for the initiation of the complaint.

16. Complaints regarding non-compliance of the goods sent with the order, consider upon receipt of return goods. The return of incorrect item, please send by courier at our expense.


17. All products are made to individual order. We ask for intelligent buying. If you have any question, let us know. In accordance with the applicable laws consumer rights, goods performed on individual orders are not refundable! Offered goods are not inventory! The buyer can always ask for information by phone or mail. There is a possibility to send pictures on email or by courier, samples of the goods at the expense of the person concerned.

18. All products send in cartons. In the case of visible damage to outer packaging one must definitely check the contents of the shipment and if possible take pictures with your digital camera, which will facilitate solution the claims complaint with the carrier in case of damage to the goods.

19. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders in our online store. According to the Act of August 29, 1997 (uniform text: Journal 2002 No 101, item. 926 with later. d..) "Protection of personal data. " Personal data are confidential and under no circumstances or in any form will not be disclosed to other persons and other entities.

20. All prices are gross prices in PLN, EURO, USD. Purchaser agrees to issue a VAT invoice without signature of the recipient. If the buyer does not agree is obliged to clearly inform you about this and ask for confirmation.

21. In matters not covered by these rules, the provisions of the Civil Code. Placing an order is clear from the fact that the customer read the Terms and fully accepts its terms.
